MamasHealth.com Scholarship Award
If you are a college freshman, sophomore, junior or senior attending a university within the United States and Canada, I strongly encourage you to apply for the MamasHealth.com scholarship award.
The deadline falls on September 30th, 2007 and at least one student will receive a $300 dollar scholarship. The scholarship can be used to pay for tuition, room and board, or other educational necessities.
In order to apply, you must be attending an accredited university in the United States or Canada. In addition, your application must include your college transcripts to prove you are enrolled.
If you are a college freshman and have yet to receive grades for your classes, you can submit a copy of your acceptance letter or a transcript proving you have enrolled in classes.
In addition to including your complete contact information and your transcripts with your application, all interested applicants must submit an essay on an assigned question.
For this year’s award, students must submit an essay of 750 words or less regarding their opinion about states enacting laws that require all girls to be vaccinated against HPV.
